Last updated: February 2nd, 2026

Blinked (“Blinked,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using Blinked, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact information (such as email address)
  • Payment-related information, such as billing name and email
Note: Blinked does not store full credit card numbers. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
  • Seller information (if you create or manage content), such as name or display name and Stripe onboarding details (when applicable)
  • Customer support communications (messages, feedback, inquiries)

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information (browser type, OS, device identifiers)
  • Log data (IP address, timestamps, pages viewed, referrers)
  • Usage data (web checkout interactions, link access, downloads)
  • Cookies and similar technologies for analytics and security

1.3 Payment Information

Payments for digital content are processed on Blinked’s web experience by third-party providers such as Stripe. Web checkouts may support payment methods including Apple Pay or Google Pay where available. The Blinked iOS application does not initiate payments, process transactions, or store payment credentials. Blinked receives confirmation of payment and limited transaction metadata only.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
  • Process payments and deliver digital content
  • Enable secure web checkout experiences through third-party payment providers
  • Hold and later transfer seller earnings where applicable
  • Communicate about transactions or service updates
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Improve and optimize our Services

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

3.1 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third parties that help us operate Blinked, including payment processors (such as Stripe), infrastructure providers, and analytics/monitoring services. These providers may only access information as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Blinked or others, or to prevent fraud or security incidents.

3.3 Business Transfers

If Blinked is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Seller Earnings & Funds Holding

If a seller has not completed payment account onboarding, buyer payments may be temporarily held by Blinked and later transferred to the seller once onboarding is completed, subject to compliance requirements. Blinked does not use held funds for unrelated purposes. The iOS application is used solely by sellers to manage content and settings. Buyer access, reporting, and purchases occur on the web.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, information is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted communications and restricted access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. You can request help by contacting us.

8. Children’s Privacy

Blinked is not intended for use by individuals under 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International Users

Blinked may process and store information outside your country. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of information to jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where required, notify users. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
